Passport to CT Libraries Program starts Friday, April 1 and runs through Saturday, April 30.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Over one hundred Connecticut libraries will participate in the Connecticut Library Association’s Passport to Connecticut Libraries Program. The Passport to Connecticut Libraries Program invites you to visit all of the participating Connecticut public libraries. Take the opportunity to explore each library’s architecture, ambiance and collection. The program is open to adults and children, encouraging you to explore the many different libraries in Connecticut.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Visit the Windsor Public Library or Wilson Branch to pick up your Passport.
- Show us your library card and we will stamp the Passport to get you started (You will also receive a free gift*).
- Visit at least five (5) participating libraries and return your passport by May 6th, to be entered into one state-wide drawing for a chance to win a $150 Visa gift card for adults (18 and up) and a $100 Visa gift card for children (under 18).
Visits must occur between April 1 and April 30. This is a statewide contest where four winners will be selected: one adult and one child from a random drawing from all who visited at least five libraries, and one adult and one child from a random drawing from all who visited the most libraries.
Passports must be turned in to be entered into the prize drawing. If you’d like to keep your passport, you’re welcome to submit a copy.
*Passport to CT Libraries Participants who visit Windsor Public Library and/or Wilson Branch Library will receive a Native Northeast Wildflower Seed Mix packet.
